If you call in with an enquiry you will most likely speak to one of us. We want to hear from you if you have a question, relating to any product we sell, or the delivery of your item, or if you have a problem after you have received the item. We are all here to help you.
Logisitics and Warehouse:
Will look after our warehouse, keeping stock levels up to date so we only sell you what we have on the shelves. Julie checks our stock in and ensures we have the necessary materials to safely package your items.
Quality Control Stock Testing:
Will check, clean and test any stock which we sell which is not 100% brand new so we can accurately describe it, and make sure you get exactly what you expect when you receive your package.
Picking Packing and Dispatch:
Everyone joins in at busy times of year! So we all have some recognition of the items we are talking about. We check and double check that the right item is going to the right person, with the right shipping service.
